At Blossom Tree Nursery we pride ourselves on ensuring we only have the best motivated loving professionals to look after children in our care. Our staff members are handpicked for their skills and personalities as well as their qualifications.

Blossom Tree Nursery was established by two mums who united in their passion for quality childcare after struggling to find satisfactory care for their own children while they worked. They understand the complex needs of busy working families and have deep insight into what is required from a first class childcare provider in the context of both caring for children and meeting the needs of the working parent. Between them they bring a wealth of experience to the setting, one with an impressive teaching skill set and extensive experience of working with individuals with learning needs and disabilities, the other with qualifications in counselling, and community work. They offer an holistic approach to childcare, combining their knowledge to deliver excellence in all aspects of nursery life.

Together with the Nursery Manager they support a committed team of childcare professionals who are caring and highly motivated. Our Nursery is built on understanding and respect for others and this is fluid throughout our team and the children in our care.

We ensure that 80 percent of staff are qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent)

or above in childcare and education. All staff are DBS checked before

they commence employment. Our staff receive ongoing training to a very

high standard via our internal training program. Staff also attend external

training programs to enhance their qualifications, knowledge and

understanding.
